I play on a potato PC and managed to boost my FPS by setting the game to high priority in Task Manager. Also, cleaning up my PC helped a lot. Dust in the fans? Goodbye FPS. Keep it clean, both inside and out.

Just drop everything to low and hope for the best. Valorant's optimized pretty well, so even on a low-end setup, you should see some improvement. And remember, frames win games.

Lowering the graphic settings in Valorant is a solid start. Turn down the resolution, set the texture quality to low, and turn off shadows and anti-aliasing. It might not look as pretty, but your FPS will thank you. Also, make sure to update your graphics drivers and close any background apps that you don't need.

Honestly, if you've tried everything and the game still runs like a slideshow, maybe it's time to upgrade. Valorant is not that demanding, but a PC from the stone age won't cut it.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
