Alright Tenno, if you see that nasty Helminth Cyst on your Warframe's neck, it's time for some DIY biology! Just head over to your Helminth Infirmary in your Orbiter, where you can interact with the giant mouth thingy on the wall. It will incubate the cyst into a fully-grown Helminth Charger for you. Make sure your Kubrow egg is ready too!
