Unfortunately, Valorant doesn't natively support Linux. But, you're not out of luck! You can use a compatibility layer like Wine or a virtual machine running Windows. It's a bit of a workaround, and you might face some performance issues or bugs, so be prepared for a less than perfect experience. Just make sure you have a Windows ISO file for the VM method, or get ready to tinker with Wine settings. Not the smoothest sail, but where there's a will, there's a way!

I tried running Valorant on Linux using Wine and a whole lot of patience. It was... an adventure, to put it mildly. Got it working after following a bunch of tutorials, but it was pretty unstable and the frame drops were wild. If you're up for the challenge, go for it, but it's not for the faint of heart!

Good luck, but honestly? Just dual-boot Windows or use another PC for Valorant. It's way less of a headache than trying to make it work on Linux. Trust me, it's not worth the effort unless you REALLY can't use Windows for some reason.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
