Simple! Press the Menu button, go to Communication, then Friends. From there, select the friend you want to invite and hit 'Invite to Game.'

Just go to your Friends list, highlight your buddy's name, and choose 'Invite to Game.' It's that easy!

On Xbox One, you can invite friends by pressing the Xbox button, navigating to People, then Friends, and selecting 'Invite to Game' from there.
