How to Invite People to Dojo in Warframe?
Just send them an invite to your clan first! Once they're in the clan, they can access the dojo from the Clan Dojo console in their Star Chart.

Easiest way: invite people to your squad and then travel to your dojo. They'll follow right away!
Open your communication menu, click on 'Friends,' and invite your friend to your party. Once they're in your party, head to your dojo and they'll automatically come with you!
If they're already in your clan, just tell them to go to the Clan Dojo from their Star Chart. No need to invite!
