Easy peasy! Just go to the Star Chart, select the mission you want, and make sure to set your matchmaking to 'Public'. You'll automatically be matched with other players running the same mission.

All you gotta do is open the Star Chart, click on the mission you wanna play, and make sure 'Public' is selected in the matchmaking settings. Boom, squad up!
