You have to teleport your city to your friend's kingdom. First, use a Beginner's Teleport if you're still under City Hall level 8. Otherwise, buy an Advanced Teleport from the shop. Make sure to join an alliance in that kingdom first, then use the teleport to relocate your city. Boom, you're there!

Easy peasy! Just send a direct message to your friend asking for their kingdom number. Go to 'Settings,' select 'Character Management,' then 'Create New Character.' Pick their kingdom, and start fresh!
