How to Kick a Hero in Total War: Warhammer
I've had to do this a few times. Just right-click the hero's portrait in the army panel and choose to release them. Now they can haunt someone else's army!

Go to your army management screen, click on the hero you want to kick, and select 'Disband.' They'll be off on their own adventure!
You don't need to kick heroes. Keep them, even if they're useless. You never know when you might need that extra body!
Easy peasy! Just open up the Lords & Heroes panel, right-click your hero, and select 'Dismiss.' Voil脿, hero gone!
