Honestly, just go in with a team and spam abilities like there's no tomorrow. Works every time for me!
To kill Ambulas, focus on taking out its shields first using magnetic damage, then switch to slash or toxin damage to finish it off. Remember to hack the Ambulas when it's down to override it!
Get a squad together and coordinate - someone for shields, someone for health. It's a lot easier with friends helping out!
