To take down the big Orbs, use Warframes like Rhino or Chroma for their tankiness, and bring a sniper or heavy weapon like the Opticor Vandal. Aim for the exposed vents when they overheat!

I always go with a high-damage Warframe and a good sniper rifle. Rhino with a Rubico Prime usually does the trick for me.

Use Volt or Mesa for high DPS. Take down the Orbs' shields with magnetic weapons, then blast the vents when they're exposed. Voila!
