Bring a Warframe with crowd control abilities, like Rhino or Frost, and focus on its weak points. Group play makes it easier too!
To take down a Dusk Thumper Doma, aim for the glowing legs to disable it, then go ham on its head for max damage!
Just avoid the Thumper. Not worth the hassle, IMO.
I found that using a fully modded Exergis can melt through its armor like butter. Just be sure to hit those weak points!
