Counter his speed with heavyweights like Bowser or Ganondorf. One strong hit and Fox is flying off the stage!
As a Fox main, I can tell you that edge guarding is his biggest nightmare. Characters with good edge guarding like Marth or Lucina can be really effective.
Honestly, just spam solid projectiles and stage control. Fox can't keep up with a well-timed onslaught of missiles or fireballs!
