From my experience, focusing on hacking the Bursas and using high DPS weapons like the Tigris helps a lot. Took me a couple tries, but totally worth it.
Take down Razorback Armada by hacking Bursa enemies to deactivate his shield! Then, go ham with your best weapons. Bring a good DPS frame like Saryn or Mesa for extra fun.
Simple: Hack the Bursas, drop his shield, and pew pew him into oblivion. Easy peasy!
