The Wolf is vulnerable to Radiation and Slash damage, so bring weapons like the Tigris Prime or other high damage shotguns. And don't forget鈥攈e has a pack of lackeys with him, take them out first to avoid being swarmed!
Honestly, the best way to take down the Wolf is with a coordinated group. Solo can be rough, but with friends, it's a lot more manageable!
