The key is to take him down quickly! Bring a Warframe with high burst damage. Mesa's Peacemaker or Saryn's Miasma can make quick work of the Treasurer.

Sneak up on him with a stealthy frame like Ash or Loki. With their invisibility, you can get the jump on him and take him down before he knows what hit him!

Honestly, just use a high DPS weapon and take your time. The Treasurer isn't that tough. Aim for the head and you'll be fine.
