Best way to kill a troll in a cave? Use a bow and keep your distance! Trolls are big, slow, and easy targets from afar. Keep strafing and avoid getting smacked!
Just run in with a big axe and whack it until one of you drops! But seriously, heavy armor and a strong weapon will give you the best chance.
Honestly, just avoid them in caves if you can. They're much easier to manage in open areas. Trust me, I've learned the hard way!
