You can't actually kill Warpers permanently in Subnautica. They respawn after a while, so best to avoid them.

Use the Stasis Rifle to freeze Warpers and then hit them with a Thermoblade. Just beware of their warping abilities!

Warpers can be tricky to kill, but a Stasis Rifle and some patience usually do the trick! Freeze 'em, then slice 'em with your knife!
