Try searching for their profile. If you can't find them, you probably blocked them, unless they blocked you back. Awkward.
Just go to Facebook Settings > Blocking. You'll see a list of everyone you've blocked.
If you don't see their posts or comments anymore, and you can't message them, you likely blocked them.
Go to the person's profile. If you can't find it at all, you've either blocked them or they blocked you.
