How to know where your infected level is in Subnautica?
Press F3 to open the debug menu (and then F8 to free your cursor). There's an option there that will give you infection data!

Check out the story! The game will make it clear through cutscenes and interactions with alien facilities how infected you are.
You鈥檒l definitely know when you鈥檙e more infected because those green spots on your hands and arms are pretty hard to miss.
Just hop into one of those alien terminals and they'll tell you your infection level. Easy peasy!
Honestly, just get to the alien bases. They'll scan you and let you know. Saved my fins more than once.
