To lean out in PUBG Mobile, go to 'Settings,' then 'Controls,' and enable 'Peek & Fire'! Now just use the peek buttons on either side of your screen.

You need to enable 'Peek & Fire' in the settings first. After that, use the buttons near the aim button to lean.

I enabled 'Peek & Fire' in settings and assigned the peek buttons to my index fingers. Works like a charm for those sneaky shots!
