You can buy Super Mario 3D All-Stars for Nintendo Switch and play it on PC through Nintendo’s official emulators. Just connect your Switch to your computer using a capture card!

Get an official copy of the game for the Nintendo 64, and then use a licensed game capture device to play it on your PC. It's a bit old school, but it works!
