How to Link Fallout Shelter Accounts on Android
Linking Fallout Shelter accounts across devices isn't directly supported in the game itself. But, if you're trying to keep your progress synced, the easiest way is to use the same Bethesda.net account on all your devices. Just log in with your Bethesda account on your Android device, and it should sync up your progress if you've previously linked the account on another platform. Remember, this works best if you're moving between two devices that support this feature!

I've been playing Fallout Shelter on both my phone and my PC, and let me tell ya, the only workaround is using the same Bethesda account. It kinda syncs your progress across devices, but it's hit or miss. Make sure to always back up your game data just in case!
No can do, buddy. Fallout Shelter doesn't technically support cross-platform account linking or syncing. You've got to stick with one device or start fresh.
