I just did this yesterday! Go to your Rivens in the mod section, select the Riven you wanna link, hit the 'Menu' button, and then 'Link Mod.' Easy peasy!

You can’t link Rivens on Xbox One. Just kidding, you totally can! Open the Riven in mods and hit 'Menu,' then follow the prompts!
