On console? Just go to the 'Settings' menu, scroll to the 'Account and Privacy' tab, and select 'Logout'! Done deal.

Took me a while to find this, but on PC, open the menu in-game, go to the bottom and click 'Logout'. There you go!

Honestly, if you can't find the logout button, just close the game. Same effect, right?

Easy peasy! Just hit the menu button in the top right of your screen, then click on the icon that looks like a door with an arrow. From there, select 'Log Out'.
