Another way to logout is uninstalling the app. When you reinstall, you will have to log in again.

You can't technically 'logout' like other apps, but unlinking your Nintendo Account should do the trick.

To logout of Mario Kart Tour, you'll need to unlink your Nintendo Account. Open the app, go to the Menu, then Settings/Other, and select 'Delete Save Data.' This will unlink your account and log you out.
