You can look behind you in PUBG Mobile by tapping and holding the eye icon near the top of the screen, then dragging your finger to adjust the camera angle without changing your movement direction. Sneaky, right?

Just use the freelook feature! Hold the eye button near the top right of your screen and drag to peek behind you.
