You can't look up someone's IP address directly through Xbox Live. If you have issues with another player, report them through the Xbox Live reporting system.

Getting someone's IP address on Xbox Live isn't possible directly through the service; it's also against their terms of use. If you're having trouble, the best course of action is to report the user.
