Easy peasy! Just avoid using your character to do anything too physically demanding for a while. Basically, no gym visits, less sprinting around, and absolutely no lifting those heavy weights! Stick to a diet of running away from your problems (and the cops) in-game and watch those muscles melt away. Oh, and don't forget to skip meals in the game to speed up the process!

Losing muscle in GTA San Andreas? Just don't eat and avoid the gym like it's the plague. Muscle will drop faster than your wanted level when you hide in a Pay 'n' Spray.

Literally just stand there. Muscle depletes over time if you ignore working out or eating properly. It鈥檚 kind of like real life, but you get to watch it happen from your couch.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
