First, open Build Mode, then click on the 'Build' tab. Choose 'Basements' and draw your basement blueprint on the ground level. Happy building!

I鈥檝e built several basements in Bloxburg. Just enter Build Mode, click on the Basements option, and draw where you want it. You'll need some in-game money though. Good luck!
