Honestly, it's easier than you think. Just buy a standard sign from the build menu and change the text. Boom, done!
Just get a few basic shapes, scale them up, and use decals or text. It's super simple and you can customize it however you want!
Head to the build mode, grab a plain, customizable board from the decoration tab, and use the text tool to write 'Hotel' on it! You can use multiple boards to make it bigger or fancier.
