Making a Heart Statue farm in Terraria is all about the setup. First, find a Heart Statue in the world - they're usually in the Underground or Cavern layers. Wire it up to a pressure plate or a timer (1-second timers work best for constant spawning) using wires and a wrench. Then, set up a small pool of lava or a trap to deal with the spawn mobs, because they'll drop hearts when they expire. Place the statue in a spot where you can easily collect the hearts, like a small room or an enclosed space. Don't forget to hook up multiple statues for more efficiency!

Just connect it to a timer and boom, infinite health (kinda). Just don't forget the spawn limit.

Honestly, just spam traps around it. The more mobs die, the more hearts you get. Simple as that.
