How to Make a Hellstone Bar in Terraria
To make a Hellstone Bar in Terraria, you gotta dig deep! First off, get yourself an Obsidian Skull or any gear that gives you immunity to fire blocks cause Hellstone is found in the Underworld and it's hot. You're gonna need Obsidian too, which you can get by combining water and lava. For each bar, you need 3 Hellstone and 1 Obsidian, then head over to a Hellforge. You can usually find one of those in the Underworld's Ruined Houses. Mix them together and boom, Hellstone Bar!

Honestly? Getting Hellstone bars is more trouble than it's worth. Just trade with other players.
Just mine Hellstone in the Underworld (don't forget fireproof gear!) and mix it with Obsidian at a Hellforge. Easy peasy!
