Go to the Undertale folder, find the 'save' folder, and rename or delete the 'file0' and 'file9' files. New save slot, here we go!

You could also just back up your existing save files before deleting them. This way, you can switch back if you change your mind!

On Windows, just navigate to %LOCALAPPDATA%/UNDERTALE and delete the files named 'file0' and 'file9'.
