How to Make a Surface Mushroom Biome in Terraria
Making a surface mushroom biome in Terraria is all about getting those glowing mushroom seeds and spreading them on some mud! First step, grab at least 100 mushroom grass seeds from the Underground Mushroom biome. Then, prepare an area on the surface where you're gonna make your new glowing mushroom kingdom. Use mud blocks to create the base because those seeds only sprout on mud. Plant the seeds and wait. Keep in mind, a surface mushroom biome pops up once you've got a decent amount of mushroom grass growing, which also means you'll start seeing those big glowing mushrooms and unique critters. Patience is key, and make sure your mud area is big enough; more seeds mean faster growth!

Seriously, don't overthink it. I did this with like 80 seeds and a small patch of mud. Gave it time, and boom, my own surface mushroom biome. It's more about letting it do its thing than anything super complex. Just start with a good amount of mud and seeds, then nature takes over.
