To make the camera follow the roll axis in War Thunder, go to the 'Controls' menu, find the 'Aircraft' tab, and then adjust the settings for 'Camera Control' and 'View Controls.' It might take some tweaking, but you'll get it!

In my experience, setting the 'Virtual Cockpit View' under 'View Modes' does the trick. Might take a bit of practice, but it's worth it.
