Look up a template online for the Nichirin Blade. Trace it on a cardboard, cut it out, then layer more cardboard to add thickness. Wrap the handle with tape or colored paper to give it that authentic look. Happy slaying!

Grab some sturdy cardboard, a pair of scissors, and a whole lotta patience! Cut out the blade shape, handle, and guard (use a reference pic). Glue or tape the pieces together, then paint it up to look like Tanjiro's iconic blade. Voila! Instant demon-slaying vibes.

Just paint a regular kitchen knife black and call it a day! (For legal reasons, this is a joke.)

I've made one! You need a large piece of cardboard for a sturdy blade and smaller pieces for handle details. Cut, glue, and paint. My Tanjiro cosplay looked fire with it!

Cut the basic sword shape from a large cardboard sheet. Use smaller pieces to add dimension, especially for the guard and handle details. Then, paint it like the real deal. Easy peasy.
