Practice makes perfect! You'll need to get a feel for the timing and positioning, so head to practice mode and dive around until you're a pro.

To make diving catches in MLB The Show 21, press R2 on PlayStation or RT on Xbox while running towards the ball. Timing is everything!

I make diving catches all the time. Just run in the ball's direction and hit R2 (PS) or RT (Xbox) at the last moment!

Find the right balance between player speed and position. Use the left stick to line up your approach and press R2/RT right before the ball lands.

If you're a MLB The Show Companion App player looking for extra credit or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in MLB The Show Companion App essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
