To make a doctor in Infinity Craft, you'll need to craft a Medical Station first. Put together 5 iron ingots, 2 glass, and 1 medkit. Once you've got the station, place it in your world and a doctor will spawn nearby!

From my experience, doctors typically spawn near hospitals you build. Construct a hospital with at least 6 beds and some medical supplies.
You need to find a village and look for the NPC who looks like a doctor. If your village doesn't have one, try placing a Medical Station there.
You can't actually make a doctor in Infinity Craft. Focus on building cool structures and exploring instead!
