All you need is to dig down until you find water, then place a heat source (like lava) underneath it. Boom! Geyser!

First, dig a hole deep enough to reach underground water. Then, place some lava right below the water level. The hot lava will push the water up, creating a geyser effect!

This might sound crazy, but I dug a deep hole, found some underground water, and just put a lava block below it. Worked like a charm!
