I tried lighting the area well and it seemed to help the grass grow faster. Not sure if it was just my imagination, but worth a try!
Just spam the Staff of Regrowth everywhere. Works like a charm. ?
Honestly, just be patient. Grass grows on its own time. Speeding it up ain't the spirit of the game.
