Hey there! Try adjusting the headset volume directly on your Xbox. Go to Settings > Volume & audio output > Headset audio. Tweak the settings there and see if it helps!

Hot take: maybe your game audio settings need tweaking. Check in-game audio settings and balance them accordingly.

Make sure your headset volume is also maxed out on the headset itself. Sometimes there's a little dial or button you might've missed!

Once, my headset was too quiet, and I realized it was because of the chat mixer settings. Go to Settings > General > Volume & audio output > Chat mixer. Set it to reduce the volume of other sounds by 50% or so.

Another thing you can do is check for firmware updates for your headset. Updated firmware might boost the sound levels or fix issues with volume control.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
