It's simple: gather some clouds and build your dream utopia in the sky. Don't forget some angel statues to complete the look.
Start by building a floating island high up in the sky, then use a lot of white blocks, glass, and maybe some glowstone for that heavenly vibe!
Why not just build a big platform with tons of light sources and call it heaven? Works for me.
