Easy peasy! Go into Terraria's Settings menu, then hit the 'Interface' option. From there, you'll see a slider for UI Scale. Slide that bad boy to the right to enlarge your HUD to your heart's content. Works like a charm!

Honestly, adjusting the UI scale is the way to go. I used to squint at my screen before I realized I could make everything bigger. Game changer, especially if your eyesight's not what it used to be!
