How to make ice skates in Terraria
Just to set the record straight, crafting Ice Skates isn't a thing. Looting is the name of the game. I found mine after smashing open my fifth Ice Chest. Pro tip: bring plenty of torches and maybe a potion of spelunker to spot those chests more easily.

You can't actually 'make' Ice Skates in Terraria. You gotta get your spelunking gear ready and dive into the icy depths of the Underground Snow biome. They're found in Ice Chests down there, so keep your eyes peeled and your inventory empty for loot!
