Super easy! Just mine some iron ore, which you can find scattered in the underground layers. Now, make sure you have a furnace. You can craft a furnace using 20 stone blocks, 4 wood, and 3 torches. Stand near the furnace, open your crafting menu, and voila, select the iron bars to craft them. You'll need 3 iron ore for each bar. Happy crafting!
