To make a Mechanical Skull in Terraria, you gotta gather some pretty specific items. First up, you need 30 Bones, which you can find from Skeletron's bone-rattling minions in the Dungeon. Then, you need 5 Iron Bars or 5 Lead Bars - whichever you can lay your hands on, both work just the same. After that, grab 3 Soul of Light and 3 Soul of Night. You can find these souls lurking around in the Underground Hallow and the Underground Corruption/Crimson, respectively. Toss all these into a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil, and boom!
