Super easy! Just take 5 glass blocks and an iron ingot. Arrange them with the iron in the center and glass around it in a 'X' on the crafting grid.
From my experience, you'll need to mine some sand and smelt it into glass blocks, then find an iron ingot. Use the crafting table to arrange them like an 'X'. Enjoy your new mirror!
