You can't actually 'make' a mythic weapon; you have to grind dungeons for a rare drop and hope RNGesus smiles upon you.
Just keep farming those high-level dungeons and upgrading your gear. Eventually, a mythic weapon will drop for you. Patience is key!
Mythic weapons come from drops. You can't make them like a sandwich, but you can sure farm dungeons like it's your job!
