You just go to the page's settings and enable 'Page Published' under visibility. Facebook should handle the rest!
Head to your page, hit the 'Settings' button, then 'General'. Check that 'Page Published' is selected under 'Page Visibility'. Boom, done!
From experience, all you need to do is navigate to your Page Settings, click 'General', and ensure 'Page Visibility' is set to 'Published'. I did it last week, super quick!
