Just farm clams. They’re usually hanging out in underwater caves or coral reefs. Easy peasy.
In my experience, pearls are mostly found by collecting from clams in the underwater biomes, especially in caves.
You can make pearls in Infinity Craft by mining in underwater biomes and looking for clams. Once you find a clam, just tap it to get a pearl!
